This is where challenges become opportunities for growth, change, and breakthroughs.
Life offers countless chances to step outside of our comfort zones, and through these challenges, I’m committed to pushing my boundaries—within a set timeframe that suits each unique challenge. Whether it takes a week, a month, or longer, each challenge is designed to help me grow in ways I never expected.
Here’s how I approach each challenge:
Doing things I’ve never done before leads to growth.
Doing things I don’t want to do creates change.
Doing things I’m afraid to do leads to breakthroughs.
Each log captures the journey, tracking progress, reflections, and the lessons learned along the way. This is a space for documenting the struggles, victories, and everything in between as I work toward becoming the best version of myself.
I hope this inspires you to take on your own challenges—however big or small—and discover new paths to growth, change, and breakthroughs.
The reason I’m taking on this challenge is to practice patience. I tend to dislike repetitive tasks, especially over an extended period, but I believe that by folding 100 paper cranes, I can strengthen my ability to stay patient and focused. Beyond the crafting process, I also aim to find creative ways to share these cranes with strangers, spreading kindness and hope during these challenging times. I’ve set a timeframe of three months to complete both the folding and the distribution of the cranes.
